Responsibilities\nProducer Support\nAssist Producers with quoting and binding policies\nReview applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy\nAttach emails and supporting documents within agency management systems\nFollow up with carrier underwriters and insureds to obtain missing information\nMonitor and track outstanding quotes and policy documents\nSystem & Data Management\nSet up new clients and policies in Applied EPIC\nEnter and verify data in Indio and other internal systems\nMaintain organized digital files and documentation\nPerform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance\nAssist with internal workflow and system processes\nCarrier & Client Coordination\nCommunicate with carrier underwriters regarding:\nMissing information\nQuote revisions\nBinding confirmations\nFollow up with insureds for documentation and required forms\nEnsure timely response and turnaround on requests\nSystems & Platforms Used\nApplied EPIC\nCSR24\nIndio\nMultiple carrier quoting platforms\nEmail and document management systems\nQualifications\nRequired:\n2+ years of experience in insurance agency support (Commercial or P&C preferred)\nHands-on experience with Applied EPIC (highly preferred)\nExperience working with carrier portals and quoting systems\nStrong administrative and data-entry accuracy\nExcellent written communication skills\nHigh attention to detail\nRequirements\nThis is a full time role\nUp to
