This person manages the incoming and outgoing community transition process, serving as the single point of contact for the company while also handling the accounting work that every transition requires.\nIt is a hybrid role: part transition project manager, part transition accountant. You coordinate internal teams and external management companies to a deadline, and you personally handle the trial-balance imports, cash reconciliations, A/R, and month-end close that move a community cleanly from one set of books to another.
