Customer Success / Executive Assistant (Remote)
Salary: R28 000 per month
Our client is a fast-growing UK property education and consulting business looking for a proactive Customer Success and Executive Assistant to join their team remotely from South Africa. This is a high-impact hybrid role combining client success management for high-ticket clients with executive support for the founder. It offers a clear career pathway towards a senior Customer Success and Coaching leadership position as the organisation scales.
What you will do
- Own the post-sale client journey, ensuring seamless onboarding and structured support for high-value clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact on Slack, delivering rapid, proactive, and professional communication.
- Monitor client progress and engagement, following up with those who fall behind and holding them accountable to their goals.
- Manage the founder's diary, meetings, communications, and follow-ups to significantly reduce their administrative load.
- Maintain and update accurate client records and tracking systems within GoHighLevel and project management tools.
- Review and organise incoming client submissions so they are clear and ready for executive review.
- Effectively delegate tasks to administrative support staff and oversee their day-to-day delivery.
- Escalate complex property or technical queries to the founder only when genuinely required.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, alongside strong executive assistant capabilities.
- Warm, highly articulate, and professional communication skills with strong confidence on Zoom.
- High degree of organisation, exceptional attention to detail, and a calm approach under multiple priorities.
- A proactive, commercially minded self-starter who takes ownership rather than waiting for instruction.
- Comfortable having structured accountability conversations with clients who have made significant investments.
- Low ego, adaptable, and happy working as an integral part of a lean entrepreneurial team.
- Ability to learn new industry concepts rapidly and an ambition to progress into a Coaching or Customer Success Manager role.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as GoHighLevel, Monday.com, and Slack.
- Exposure to online coaching, consulting, or UK property and training environments.
