This is a high-impact hybrid role combining client success management for high-ticket clients with executive support for the founder. It offers a clear career pathway towards a senior Customer Success and Coaching leadership position as the organisation scales.\nWhat you will do\n- Own the post-sale client journey, ensuring seamless onboarding and structured support for high-value clients.\n- Act as the primary point of contact on Slack, delivering rapid, proactive, and professional communication.\n- Monitor client progress and engagement, following up with those who fall behind and holding them accountable to their goals.\n- Manage the founder's diary, meetings, communications, and follow-ups to significantly reduce their administrative load.\n- Maintain and update accurate client records and tracking systems within GoHighLevel and project management tools.\n- Review and organise incoming client submissions so they are clear and ready for executive review.\n- Effectively delegate tasks to administrative support staff and oversee their day-to-day delivery.\n- Escalate complex property or technical queries to the founder only when genuinely required.\nWhat we are looking for\n- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, alongside strong executive assistant capabilities.\n- Warm, highly articulate, and professional communication skills with strong confidence on Zoom.\n- High degree of organisation, exceptional attention to detail, and a calm approach under multiple priorities.\n- A proactive, commercially minded self-starter who takes ownership rather than waiting for instruction.\n- Comfortable having structured accountability conversations with clients who have made significant investments.\n- Low ego, adaptable, and happy working as an integral part of a lean entrepreneurial team.\n- Ability to learn new industry concepts rapidly and an ambition to progress into a Coaching or Customer Success Manager role.\nNice to have\n- Experience with tools such as GoHighLevel, Monday.com, and Slack.\n- Exposure to online coaching, consulting, or UK property
