This is a fully remote role focused on high-quality, professional conversations rather than high-volume cold calling.\nWhat you will do\n- Conduct thoughtful, research-backed follow-up telephone calls to prospects who have received initial email outreach.\n- Serve as a critical human touchpoint in the sales cycle, engaging decision-makers and qualifying interest.\n- Represent diverse client accounts across sectors such as IT services, logistics, architecture, and telecommunications.\n- Secure qualified appointments and discovery calls for client teams.\n- Maintain clean records of conversations, lead status, and feedback to ensure consistent pipeline flow.\nWhat we are looking for\n- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in outbound sales development, telemarketing, or appointment setting.\n- Exceptional spoken and written English, with an articulate and professional telephone manner.\n- Demonstrated versatility and the ability to switch context smoothly across different industries and target audiences.\n- A quality-over-quantity mindset;
