Working fully remotely from South Africa, you will help identify defects and provide clear evidence that supports effective fixes.\nWhat you will do\n- Review requirements and prepare practical test cases.\n- Execute functional tests and record results accurately.\n- Reproduce reported bugs and document the steps, environment and expected behaviour.\n- Capture useful screenshots or other evidence for defect reports.\n- Retest fixes and perform regression checks.\n- Communicate blockers and unresolved issues clearly.\n- Maintain organised testing records and distinguish confirmed defects from questions.\nWhat we are looking for\n- Practical software-testing experience.\n- Strong defect-reporting skills and attention to detail.\n- The ability to follow test cases and investigate unexpected behaviour.\n- Clear communication and an organised approach to repeatable checks.\n- The ability to work independently and communicate progress reliably.\n- Reliable internet and a suitable remote-working space.\nNice to have\n- Experience using Jira or similar issue-tracking software.\n- Experience with cross-browser testing and basic API testing.\nWhat is on offer\n- Monthly remuneration of R28,000 to R35,000, depending on relevant skills and experience.\n- A fully remote role based in South Africa.\nWho can apply\nApplicants based in South Africa who can demonstrate the relevant skills and experience and work effectively in a remote environment.\nHow to apply\nApply through this advert with your updated CV and availability.
