Mortgage Administrator / Executive Assistant (UK Specialist - Remote)
Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 per month
Our client, an established UK mortgage brokerage, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator and Executive Assistant based in South Africa. This full-time remote position combines high-level executive assistance with detailed mortgage administration and pipeline management, providing long-term embedded support to senior leadership.
What you will do:
- Manage executive inboxes, diaries, and daily administrative workflows.
- Type dictated letters, enter client documents, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Follow up directly with solicitors, lenders, and clients to progress pipeline cases.
- Draft suitability letters and prepare client updates.
- Reconnect with older prospects and monitor upcoming mortgage expiries.
- Check incoming payments and invoices, supporting quarterly income reporting.
What we are looking for:
- Direct, practical experience working within the UK mortgage industry.
- Strong executive support skills with high-level administrative judgment and adaptability.
- Proven ability to handle solicitor and lender follow-ups effectively.
- Experience in writing suitability letters and updating financial CRMs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English.
- A reliable, quiet home-office setup in South Africa with stable power and internet.
Nice to have:
- Experience with audio dictation software.
- Background in financial reporting or fee tracking.
What is on offer:
