You will help people access learning materials, keep course records up to date and coordinate routine queries with the relevant team.\nWhat you will do\n- Respond to learner enquiries about course access and schedules.\n- Help resolve routine login and navigation problems using approved support steps.\n- Manage course bookings, enrolment updates and attendance records.\n- Send course reminders and approved learner communications.\n- Coordinate session details with tutors or programme staff.\n- Maintain accurate learner-support notes and escalate unresolved issues.\n- Collect feedback and flag recurring problems.\n- Handle learner information confidentially.\nWhat we are looking for\n- At least one year of customer support, course administration or related coordination experience.\n- Clear written and spoken English.\n- Patience when helping users with different levels of digital confidence.\n- Strong organisation and attention to detail.\n- Confidence using online systems, calendars and spreadsheets.\n- The ability to coordinate several queries and follow-ups.\n- Reliability and the ability to work independently.\n- A suitable quiet workspace, reliable internet and a practical backup plan for connectivity or power interruptions.\nNice to have\n- Experience using a learning-management system.\n- Previous online education, training or student-support experience.\n- Experience supporting virtual sessions or webinars.\nWhat is on offer\n- Monthly remuneration of R18,000 to R25,000, depending on relevant experience.\n- A fully remote role based in South Africa.\n- Full-time work aligned with UK business hours.\n- A varied remote role combining learner support, digital access assistance and course administration.\nWho can apply\nApplicants based in South Africa who can work the required hours and demonstrate the relevant skills and experience for this role.\nHow to apply\nApply through this advert with your updated CV.
