Working fully remotely from South Africa, you will help keep purchasing information organised and follow-ups on track.\nWhat you will do\n- Request quotations and collect supplier information against agreed requirements.\n- Prepare quotation comparisons for review.\n- Prepare purchase orders within the agreed approval process.\n- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations and delivery updates.\n- Maintain purchasing records, supplier details and supporting documents.\n- Flag discrepancies in prices, quantities or delivery dates.\n- Keep relevant colleagues informed of outstanding purchasing actions.\nWhat we are looking for\n- Relevant purchasing or procurement-support experience.\n- Confident spreadsheet use and accurate record keeping.\n- Clear communication when following up with suppliers.\n- The ability to compare information, follow approval processes and manage deadlines.\n- The ability to work independently and communicate progress reliably.\n- Reliable internet and a suitable remote-working space.\nNice to have\n- Experience using an ERP or purchasing system.\n- Experience preparing supplier-comparison reports.\nWhat is on offer\n- Monthly remuneration of R20,000 to R25,000, depending on relevant skills and experience.\n- A fully remote role based in South Africa.\nWho can apply\nApplicants based in South Africa who can demonstrate the relevant skills and experience and work effectively in a remote environment.\nHow to apply\nApply through this advert with your updated CV and availability.
