As part of a new South African delivery team dedicated to supporting their UK operations, they are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join them on a full-time, remote basis.\nWhat you will do\n- Source and headhunt high-calibre candidates across international digital infrastructure, data centre, and AI markets.\n- Conduct initial screening calls and detailed candidate interviews to evaluate technical fit and motivations.\n- Build and present high-quality candidate shortlists to the UK recruitment team.\n- Maintain consistent candidate engagement and manage relationships throughout the delivery process.\n- Work closely with UK-based consultants, focusing entirely on candidate delivery without any client business development responsibilities.\nWhat we are looking for\n- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment resourcing or candidate delivery.\n- Strong expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for engaging with international candidates and UK team members.\n- Self-motivated individual comfortable working fully remotely while meeting team delivery targets.\n- Ability to participate in a selection process that includes structured interviews and practical trial tasks.\nNice to have\n- Prior experience sourcing within technology, digital infrastructure, data centres, or AI sectors.\n- Experience supporting UK or overseas recruitment markets from South Africa.\nWhat is on offer\n- R25 000 - R30 000 per month.\n- Full time hours.\n- 100% remote setup based in South Africa.\nHow to apply\nPlease submit your CV detailing your recruitment resourcing experience.
