They are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their high-performing remote outbound team in South Africa.\nWhat you will do\n- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns (150 to 250 dials daily) using automated dialers to connect with senior decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and managing partners.\n- Deliver short, clear, and direct product pitches focused on solving client pain points such as document retrieval slowdowns, fragmented tech stacks, and inefficient e-signature processes.\n- Conduct consultative discovery calls to probe into prospective firms' current software ecosystems and identify workflow gaps.\n- Use review-cycle questions and peer proof points to overcome objections and pivot naturally to meeting requests.\n- Achieve booking targets of approximately 1 to 1.3 qualified executive meetings per day.\n- Participate in regular role plays, product training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously sharpen sales execution.\nWhat we are looking for\n- Proven track record in outbound B2B SaaS lead generation, ideally with enterprise or consultative sales experience.\n- Demonstrated ability to engage C-level decision-makers through structured, non-scripted conversations.\n- Strong probing skills with the ability to ask deep, relevant questions while keeping product messaging simple and impact-focused.\n- Highly coachable mindset, with a record of acting swiftly on feedback to refine tone, pacing, and pitch delivery.\n- Ability to maintain consistent activity volume using enriched lead databases and automated dialer software.\nNice to have\n- Direct experience selling to accounting, financial services, or legal sectors.\n- Prior experience making cold calls into the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) business market.\n- Working knowledge of document management, cloud storage, e-signature tools, or Microsoft ecosystem integrations.\nWhat is on offer\n- Salary: R25 000 -
