You will support content preparation, scheduling and community responses, working from an agreed content plan and brand guidelines.\nWhat you will do\n- Prepare and schedule posts across agreed social media channels.\n- Write clear captions and adapt supplied content for different platforms.\n- Create simple graphics and short video edits using agreed tools.\n- Monitor comments and messages, respond within approved guidelines and escalate queries.\n- Maintain the content calendar and organise creative assets.\n- Collect basic performance data and prepare concise reports.\n- Check spelling, links and formatting before content is submitted for approval.\nWhat we are looking for\n- At least one year of relevant social media or digital-content experience.\n- Examples of social posts, captions or creative work you have produced.\n- Strong written English, proofreading skills and attention to detail.\n- Confidence using social platforms and basic design or editing tools.\n- The ability to follow brand guidelines and manage a content schedule.\n- Reliability and the ability to work independently.\n- A suitable quiet workspace, reliable internet and a practical backup plan for connectivity or power interruptions.\nNice to have\n- Experience using Canva or a comparable design tool.\n- Experience with social scheduling platforms and short-form video editing.\n- Experience supporting a business account or international audience.\nWhat is on offer\n- Monthly remuneration of R23,000 to R25,000, depending on relevant experience.\n- A fully remote role based in South Africa.\n- Full-time work aligned with UK business hours.\n- A hands-on role combining content preparation, publishing support and community engagement.\nWho can apply\nApplicants based in South Africa who can work the required hours and demonstrate the relevant skills and experience for this role.\nHow to apply\nApply through this advert with your updated CV.
