This fully remote role is based in South Africa and does not require venue attendance or travel.\nWhat you will do\n- Maintain registration details and coordinate attendee communications.\n- Prepare event checklists and track outstanding preparation tasks.\n- Arrange speaker rehearsals and confirm presentation materials.\n- Check links, access settings and session information before events.\n- Support live online sessions and troubleshoot routine access issues.\n- Escalate technical problems and keep organisers informed.\n- Coordinate recordings and follow-up materials where required.\nWhat we are looking for\n- Relevant event-coordination experience.\n- Strong organisation and clear communication.\n- Confidence using online meeting tools and troubleshooting calmly.\n- The ability to keep speakers, attendees and preparation tasks on track.\n- The ability to work independently and communicate progress reliably.\n- Reliable internet and a suitable remote-working space.\nNice to have\n- Experience with Zoom Webinar or equivalent platforms.\n- Experience supporting speaker rehearsals and online attendee communications.\nWhat is on offer\n- Monthly remuneration of R18,000 to R24,000, depending on relevant skills and experience.\n- A fully remote role based in South Africa.\nWho can apply\nApplicants based in South Africa who can demonstrate the relevant skills and experience and work effectively in a remote environment.\nHow to apply\nApply through this advert with your updated CV and availability.
