HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Fully remote you can be based anywhere in the world
Hours: Flexible at least 3 hours overlap with UK GMT or US EST
Salary: $2500$4000 USD/month
Contract: Full-time permanent

Remote World is partnering with a UK-based HR and talent consultancy to hire for this role. They run end-to-end hiring for technology and professional services clients and need a coordinator to keep pipelines moving.

Youll support the recruitment team with sourcing screening interview scheduling and ATS management. Youll make sure no candidate falls through the cracks and every hiring manager has what they need when they need it.

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and CV databases
• Screen applications and summarise shortlists for hiring managers
• Schedule interviews across time zones and manage all logistics
• Keep the ATS up to date with accurate candidate records
• Draft and send candidate communications at each pipeline stage

• Highly organised youre the one who spots the scheduling conflict
• Strong written English for professional candidate and client communication
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Calm under deadline pressure recruitment moves fast

• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse Lever Workday or similar)
• Previous recruitment coordination or HR admin experience
• Background in technology or professional services hiring

• $2500$4000 USD/month based on experience
• Fully remote with flexible hours
