They run end-to-end hiring for technology and professional services clients and need a coordinator to keep pipelines moving.\nThe roleYoull support the recruitment team with sourcing screening interview scheduling and ATS management. Youll make sure no candidate falls through the cracks and every hiring manager has what they need when they need it.\nWhat youll doSource candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and CV databases\nScreen applications and summarise shortlists for hiring managers\nSchedule interviews across time zones and manage all logistics\nKeep the ATS up to date with accurate candidate records\nDraft and send candidate communications at each pipeline stage\nWhat youll needHighly organised youre the one who spots the scheduling conflict\nStrong written English for professional candidate and client communication\nComfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools\nCalm under deadline pressure recruitment moves fast\nNice to haveExperience with an ATS (Greenhouse Lever Workday or similar)\nPrevious recruitment coordination or HR admin experience\nBackground in technology or professional services hiring\nWhat youll get$2500$4000 USD/month based on experience\nFully remote with flexible hours\nExposure to end-to-end UK and US hiring across multiple clients\nPaid leave\nPath into senior recruiter talent acquisition or HR generalist roles\nApply with your CV and a note on your experience with recruitment coordination or HR administration.\nWe welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
