This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building connections and shaping the teams of tomorrow.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the full recruitment life cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close\nPartner with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines\nSource passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media platforms, professional network and referrals\nWrite personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, and follow-up sequences) and continuously test messaging to improve response rates\nScreen candidates for technical fit, motivation, communication, and compensation alignment\nRun structured interview processes and keep candidates engaged and informed throughout\nNegotiate offers and manage candidates through acceptance\nMaintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS/CRM and report on key metrics weekly\nBuild talent pipelines for recurring and future roles\nImprove recruiting processes, job postings, and employer branding\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience.\nStrong interest in talent acquisition.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProven success sourcing candidates for technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, product, or similar)\nHands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator, plus Boolean search\nSolid understanding of engineering roles and tech stacks well enough to screen credibly and speak with developers\nAbility to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\nSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and remote environment.\nPrior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required.\nBenefits\n Market-competitive salary -
