In this role, you will work closely with our Design Director to bring the French Florist brand to life across digital, presentation, and marketing touchpoints.\nYour work will support everything from seasonal brand storytelling and social content to website design, presentation materials, and franchise marketing assets. You will play an important role in helping maintain the visual integrity and premium feel of the French Florist brand as we grow nationally.\nThis role is ideal for someone who has strong design instincts, excellent typography discipline, and a refined sense of aesthetic restraint. Someone who appreciates luxury design, editorial composition, and thoughtful storytelling through visuals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBrand & Visual Design\nExecute high-quality brand design across digital, marketing, and presentation materials\n\nMaintain strong visual consistency across all French Florist brand touchpoints\n\nCollaborate with the Design Director to evolve and refine the brand system\n\nTranslate creative direction into polished, production-ready design\n\nPresentation & Communication Design\nDesign clear, compelling presentation decks for leadership, franchisees, and internal teams\n\nBuild visual narratives that support storytelling and strategic communication\n\nEnsure presentation materials reflect the premium feel of the French Florist brand\n\nDigital & Product Collaboration\nSupport website and digital experience design in Figma\n\nCreate and maintain design components, layouts, and assets that align with brand standards\n\nCollaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure design quality across digital channels\n\nCreative Production & Experimentation\nProduce assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and seasonal brand storytelling\n\nUtilize tools such as Photoshop and emerging AI image generation tools (Midjourney, etc.) to support creative exploration and visual production\n\nHelp build visual “worlds” around seasonal brand moments\n\nQualifications and Requirements:\n2-3 years experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual design\n\nStrong typography discipline and attention to layout detail\n\nPortfolio demonstrating refined taste, restraint, and visual hierarchy\n\nFluency in Figma for digital and product design collaboration\n\nExceptional presentation design skills\n\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)\n\nExperience using AI image generation tools such as Midjourney is a plus\n\nStrong English communication skills\n\nCompensation & Benefits :\n$50,000 - $60,000/year (payable monthly)\n\nRemote work environment\n\nPaid time off and holidays\n\nOpportunity to help shape the creative foundation of a growing national brand\n\nTo Apply: Please submit your resume and a portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, typography discipline, and visual taste.
