This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in heavy equipment operation, inventory management, and logistics while working in a fast-paced setting that values teamwork and safety.\nPreferred Experience\n1-3 years of experience in a:\n\nConstruction yard\n\nEquipment rental yard\n\nContractor shop\n\nSimilar environment involving tools, equipment, and inventory\n\nRequired Qualifications\nReliable attendance and punctuality.\n\nWillingness to learn and take direction.\n\nAbility to complete tasks independently without constant reminders.\n\nBasic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and equipment.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including:\n\nCreating and updating documents\n\nEntering information\n\nOrganizing spreadsheet records\n\nAbility to maintain accurate records of:\n\nTool and equipment inventory\n\nEquipment assignments\n\nReturns\n\nEquipment condition\n\nService and maintenance needs\n\nComfortable using Microsoft Teams, uploading photos, and completing digital checklists.\n\nClear and professional communication with Santos, Eddie, drivers, and field crews.\n\nAbility to safely perform outdoor yard work and handle tools and materials.\n\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
