You will prepare invoices, resolve billing queries and keep records clean for the finance team.\nKey responsibilities\nPrepare and issue customer invoices and credit notes\nCheck billing data against contracts and orders\nResolve billing queries with customers\nReconcile billing records with the finance team\nKeep billing reports accurate for month-end\nWhat you'll need\nExperience in billing, invoicing or accounts administration\nExperience with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks\nStrong numeracy and attention to detail\nClear written English for customer queries\nA reliable laptop and stable fibre connection\nNice to have\nExperience with recurring or subscription billing\nFamiliarity with UK VAT invoicing\nExperience with Excel reporting\nWhat's on offer\nThis is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
