You will handle more complex queries across email, chat and phone, spot recurring issues and help the team improve how customers are supported.\nKey responsibilities\nResolve customer queries across email, chat and phone\nInvestigate and escalate complex or technical issues\nDocument solutions in the help desk and knowledge base\nIdentify recurring issues and suggest improvements\nMeet response-time and satisfaction targets\nWhat you'll need\nExperience in customer support or a service desk role\nExperience with a help desk tool such as Zendesk or Freshdesk\nExcellent written English and a calm, empathetic manner\nStrong problem-solving and ticket prioritisation skills\nA reliable computer, headset and stable fibre connection\nNice to have\nExperience supporting UK or international customers\nFamiliarity with SaaS or e-commerce products\nExperience writing help centre articles\nWhat's on offer\nThis is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
