You will handle contracts, onboarding, records and queries, and keep HR processes accurate and compliant.\nKey responsibilities\nPrepare contracts, offer letters and employee documents\nRun onboarding and offboarding checklists\nMaintain accurate HR records in the HRIS\nTrack leave, probation reviews and renewals\nRespond to employee queries and support recruitment admin\nWhat you'll need\nExperience in an HR administration or people support role\nExperience with an HR system such as BambooHR or Workable\nStrong written English and attention to detail\nDiscretion with confidential information\nExcellent organisation and follow-through\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with UK employment practice\nExperience with recruitment coordination\nExperience building HR reports in Excel\nWhat's on offer\nThis is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
