You will answer enquiries, understand what the customer needs, and guide them to a confident buying decision.\nKey responsibilities\nAnswer inbound calls, chats and emails from prospects\nQualify needs and recommend the right product or service\nQuote, close sales and process orders accurately\nLog every conversation and follow-up in the CRM\nHit weekly conversion and response-time targets\nWhat you'll need\nExperience in inbound sales, telesales or customer service\nExperience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho\nClear, friendly spoken and written English\nComfort working to targets\nA reliable laptop and stable fibre connection\nNice to have\nExperience selling to UK customers\nFamiliarity with a VoIP dialler such as Aircall\nExperience handling live chat\nWhat's on offer\nThis is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
