You will book carriers, track shipments and keep customers and suppliers informed from dispatch to delivery.\nKey responsibilities\nBook and track shipments with carriers and couriers\nPrepare shipping documents and customs paperwork\nUpdate customers and suppliers on delivery status\nResolve delays, damages and missed deliveries\nMaintain shipment records and weekly reports\nWhat you'll need\nExperience in logistics, shipping or supply chain coordination\nExperience with a tracking or order system such as ShipStation\nStrong written English and attention to detail\nConfidence resolving problems with carriers\nA reliable laptop and stable fibre connection\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with UK courier services\nKnowledge of customs and import documents\nExperience with Excel or Google Sheets tracking\nWhat's on offer\nThis is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
