Office Administrator

Salary: R23 000 - R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Office Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning the daily running of a remote office.

Role overview

You will keep a UK team organised from behind the scenes. From documents and diaries to suppliers and filing, you will make sure the day runs smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shared inboxes, calendars and meeting schedules
• Prepare, format and file documents, reports and records
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients and internal teams
• Maintain accurate digital filing and data records
• Support onboarding and general office processes

What you'll need

• Experience in an office administration or admin support role
• Strong Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace skills
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Experience managing diaries, email and documents
• A reliable computer and stable fibre connection

Nice to have

• Experience with Asana, Trello or Monday.com
• Familiarity with Xero or basic bookkeeping
• Experience supporting a UK business

This is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
