You will track tasks, chase suppliers and teams, and make sure processes run on time and to standard.\nKey responsibilities\nCoordinate daily tasks across teams and suppliers\nTrack orders, deadlines and deliverables\nMaintain process documents and checklists\nPrepare weekly operations updates for managers\nSpot bottlenecks and suggest practical fixes\nWhat you'll need\nExperience in operations, coordination or office management\nExperience with a project or workflow tool such as Asana or Monday.com\nStrong written English and attention to detail\nProven follow-through on multiple deadlines\nA reliable laptop and stable fibre connection\nNice to have\nExperience in e-commerce or service operations\nFamiliarity with Excel or Google Sheets reporting\nExperience writing simple process documents\nWhat's on offer\nThis is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
