Working to UK payroll cycles, you will prepare inputs, run checks and keep records tidy so every payday is clean.\nKey responsibilities\nPrepare and process weekly or monthly payroll\nCheck hours, starters, leavers and changes for accuracy\nCalculate deductions, pensions and statutory payments\nAnswer employee payroll queries clearly and promptly\nKeep payroll records compliant and audit-ready\nWhat you'll need\nExperience processing payroll end to end\nExperience with payroll software such as Sage, BrightPay or Xero Payroll\nWorking knowledge of PAYE, NI and pension auto-enrolment, or willingness to learn\nStrong numeracy and attention to detail\nDiscretion with confidential information\nNice to have\nExperience with UK payroll\nFamiliarity with HMRC reporting\nExperience with Excel lookups and pivots\nWhat's on offer\nThis is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
