You will raise purchase orders, chase suppliers and make sure orders and invoices match.\nKey responsibilities\nRaise and track purchase orders\nRequest quotes and compare supplier prices\nChase suppliers on delivery dates and confirmations\nMatch orders, deliveries and invoices\nMaintain supplier records and purchasing reports\nWhat you'll need\nExperience in procurement, purchasing or supply administration\nExperience with an ERP or accounting system such as Xero or NetSuite\nStrong numeracy and attention to detail\nClear written English for supplier communication\nA reliable laptop and stable fibre connection\nNice to have\nExperience negotiating with suppliers\nFamiliarity with three-way matching\nExperience with Excel reporting\nWhat's on offer\nThis is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
