Begin by conducting thorough manual testing to understand the product’s\nnuances and identify areas for automation. Deep dive into manual testing to\ngain insights necessary for creating effective automated tests.\n2. Transition manual tests into automated suites, ensuring they are efficient and\ncover critical functionalities and scenarios.\n3. Define and execute a robust test automation strategy that aligns with our\nbusiness goals and product development roadmap.\n4. Architect, develop, and maintain a comprehensive suite of automated tests\ncovering functional, non-functional, regression, and smoke testing.\n5. Continuously improve the automation framework and testing processes to\nenhance efficiency and coverage.\n6. Challenge the status quo by questioning existing processes and suggesting\ninnovative improvements.\n7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep\nour testing practices on the cutting edge.\n8. Roll up your sleeves to tackle challenging problems and lead by example,\ndemonstrating strong technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities.\nPrimary Requirements:\n1. 4+ years of extensive experience in creation and implementation of automation\nframeworks for Web (including complex SPAs) and APIs.\n2. Adept in designing effective test cases and creating relevant test data to\nvalidate various functionalities and scenarios. Capable of anticipating edge\ncases and ensuring thorough coverage.\n3. Proficient with modern JavaScript-based automation tools and frameworks\nsuch as Playwright, Jest (experience with Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured\netc is also acceptable).\n4. Good grasp of Javascript\n5. Prior experience in any test management tool like JIRA\n6. Proficient in using Postman for API testing, including creating and running\nautomated\n7. Ability to design and execute tests at various levels, including unit, integration,\nsystem, acceptance, and performance testing.\nGood to have:\n1. Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)\n2. Knowledge of Apache Jmeter (or other tools) for Performance testing\n3. Typescript exposure\n4. Familiar with Linux based OS\n5. Experience in testing of mobile applications\n6.
