You will collaborate\nclosely with domain architects, analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet\nbusiness and technical requirements with a strong focus on quality, customer experience, and continuous\nimprovement.\nKey Responsibilities\nRequirements & Analysis\n Lead the understanding and clarification of functional and non-functional requirements by reviewing\nspecifications and collaborating with domain architects, analysts and stakeholders.\n Conduct technical impact analysis and participate in both high-level and low-level design activities.\n Participate in estimation, staffing, and solutioning; gather and clarify scope information.\n Conduct requirement workshops, identify requirement gaps/issues, and translate business needs\ninto system requirements.\nDesign & Development Oversight\n Create and review IT designs, pseudo code, and prototypes.\n Guide and review the development of artifacts (code, documentation, unit test scripts) for self and\npeers.\n Ensure high code quality through the creation and review of unit test plans and scripts.\n Lead the implementation of releases following change and release management processes.\n Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\n Lead and participate in test design and validation activities (functional, integration, end-to-end,\nsystem, user experience, performance, automation).\n Oversee the creation and review of test artifacts (test scripts, documentation, automation setups).\n Manage test data, defect management, test automation strategy, and performance test strategy.\n Coordinate with business and other stakeholders on testing progress and ensure right test coverage.\n Lead or participate in test management activities, including the creation of master test plans and\ntesting strategy documents.\nGo-Live & Production Support\n Support go-live activities as per the implementation plan.\n Respond to and analyze production issues, suggest and implement workarounds, communicate with\nstakeholders, and close incidents/service requests within agreed timelines.\n Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), process improvement initiatives, and estimation of efforts\nfor solutions/workarounds.\n Track SLAs, verify fixes, and ensure continuous improvement in operations.\nConfidential - Not for you? See more on\nhttps://www.proximus.com/confidentiality\nKnowledge Management & Leadership\n Document and share project learnings and best practices.\n Define, maintain, and enhance the knowledge management strategy for the team.\n Train team members on project processes and provide inputs to improve quality.\n Leverage knowledge bases and benchmarks to solve problems and develop high-level solutions.\nDegree & Experience\n Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.\n 10+ years of relevant experience in technical analysis, software development, or related roles.\n Experience in a telecommunication environment is an asset.\n A strong understanding of Telco OSS is highly desirable, particularly with practical experience in TM\nForum (TMF) standards and APIs.\n Agile (Scrum) principles.\nTechnical Skills\n Proven experience in relevant technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Postman, Swagger,\nAzure, OpenShift).\n Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development,\ntesting, and support.\n Experience with unit testing tools (e.g., JUnit, Jasmine, Karma), automated testing (e.g., Playwright,\nRestAssured, TestNG), and integration testing (e.g., SOAPUI).\n Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub).\n Experience with database management systems (SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) is a plus.\nAttitudes / Behavior\n Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n Strong communication and teamwork abilities.\n Customer, solution, and improvement minded.\n Proactive and can-do attitude.\nLanguages\n Fluent English;
