Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and guiding development teams.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the design, development, and implementation of database solutions using MySQL and PostgreSQL. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, indexes, and other database objects.\nDefine and enforce database development standards, coding practices, naming conventions, and architectural patterns. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and reliable. • Design and review logical and physical data models, schemas, ER diagrams, normalized databases, and dimensional models such as star and snowflake schemas. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality.\nAdminister, configure, monitor, and optimize MySQL on AWS RDS, including replication, high availability, backup, recovery, failover, capacity planning, and database scaling.\nDevelop, administer, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, performance tuning, backup, recovery, monitoring, and troubleshooting. • Identify and resolve database performance issues such as slow queries, poor execution plans, indexing problems, locking, deadlocks, transaction issues, and resource bottlenecks. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.\nImplement database security and access controls and maintain backup, recovery, replication, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
