This role combines business analysis, technical design, and\nhands-on contribution.\nThis role is central to ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into\nactionable technical requirements and that the delivered application meets\nexpectations.\nKey Responsibilities\n Serve as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders, Product\nOwners and the development team.\n Facilitate clear communication to ensure mutual understanding of goals,\nconstraints, and expectations.\n Translate business needs into detailed functional, non functional and technical\nrequirements.\n Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria,\nprocess flows, and data models (using TargetProcess, xWiki and other tools).\n Support prioritization and backlog management.\n You will collaborate with the team in technical analysis and grooming\nsessions.\n Assist in change management activities, including impact analysis and\ndocumentation updates.\n You will participate in the release process, ensuring smooth deployments.\n Help with troubleshooting and debugging of applications to ensure a high\nuptime and good performance.\n Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient complex\nsolutions.\n Create and maintain technical documentation for all code changes and\nupdates.\n Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies including AI and\nsuggest new approaches to improve efficiency and productivity.\nRequired Skills\n You have bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or\na related field.\n You have a minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Technical Analyst or\nequivalent role in applications using Angular FE, Java backend using\nMicroservices architecture.\n You have a strong ability to translate business concepts into structured\ntechnical requirements.\n Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile\nmethodologies.\n Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.\n Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.\n Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\n Proficiency in English is mandatory.\n\nWe are offering:\n Good compensation -
