You may have sales experience in another industry. We have a great 4-week training program to help you get up to speed with all that you will need to know about novated leasing.\nYou want a good base salary plus a bonus structure with uncapped commissions in an environment that supports your career progression. You want a corporate sales role which challenges you to succeed and rewards you for doing so.\nThis phone-based role is located in the heart of Melbourne (CBD) (2 days) and your home (3 days. For the first 3 months while you are training it will be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. You will work with our direct novated lease customers, assisting them throughout the end-to-end sales cycle.\nAt MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference.
