In your Relationship Associate role, you will become a trusted advisor, influence customer outcomes, and play a key role in our Sydney team.\nIn your new role, you'll be the face of our business within a portfolio of key employer partners, helping to grow participation in our salary packaging and novated leasing programs through education, engagement and strategic relationship management.\nThis is a role for someone who loves variety, enjoys autonomy, and is motivated by building long-term partnerships that deliver real value.\nHere’s how you will make a difference in this role…\nYou'll work closely with our Relationship Managers and internal teams to develop and execute engagement strategies across your portfolio. Your key responsibilities in this role will include:\nBuild and nurture strong relationships with key employer contacts and strategic partners with our existing Charity, Health, Not for Profit, Corporate and Mining customers\nDeliver engaging education sessions and presentations to employees.\nIdentify new opportunities to increase program participation and generate quality leads.\nCoordinate onsite marketing activities, sponsorships, events and awareness campaigns.\nDevelop networks that maximise access to employees through digital and face-to-face channels.\nCollaborate with Marketing, Client Relationship teams and Business Development Managers to execute strategic initiatives.\nChampion the voice of your customers by providing valuable feedback that enhances service delivery.\nMonitor, report and celebrate the success of your portfolio while continually looking for ways to improve customer engagement.\nTo be considered for this role you will have:\nYou're someone who knows how to build trust quickly. You're confident presenting to groups, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and love finding creative ways to engage customers.\nOutstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.\nConfidence presenting to both small and large audiences.\nStrong communication and influencing abilities.\nA proactive, solutions-focused mindset.\nExcellent planning, organisation and time management skills.\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nResilience, initiative and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.\nA current unrestricted clean driver's licence.\nAbility to do some travel on an ad hoc basis \nExperience in salary packaging, novated leasing, financial services or a similar relationship management environment will be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in people who have built successful careers in customer engagement and account management within a service provider organisation.\nWe believe our people do their best work when they're equipped with the right tools and supported to succeed.
