You'll partner with leaders to shape workforce plans, provide market insight, build talent pipelines and deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on recruitment expertise, you'll help us scale and support long-term growth.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.\nPartner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned to business goals and future workforce needs.\nProvide talent market intelligence, competitor insights and hiring recommendations to support informed decision-making.\nBuild diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring requirements.\nDevelop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and talent communities to attract exceptional talent.\nDeliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, engagement and feedback.\nAct as an ambassador for our employer brand, supporting recruitment marketing initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.\nAnalyse recruitment data and hiring metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.\nMaintain recruitment reporting, dashboards and talent insights for business leaders.\nDrive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, systems and technology.\nLeverage AI and emerging recruitment technologies to improve efficiency, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nPrevious experience in end-to-end talent acquisition\nProven success delivering end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong sourcing, headhunting, interviewing and offer management skills.\nExperience hiring across multiple functions and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.\nExcellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.\nStrong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capability.\nExperience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn recruiter (Greenhouse preferred).\nBonus points for any of the following:\nExperience within EdTech, SaaS, Technology or other high-growth organisations.\nInternational recruitment experience\nExperience supporting workforce planning and organisational growth initiatives.\nKnowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing.\nExperience using AI, automation or emerging recruiting technologies to improve hiring outcomes.\nWhat else you need to know:\nThis is a hybrid positions from one our UK Offices - London (Hammersmith), Houghton-Le-Spring or Swindon can be considered.\nOur hybrid is two days a week in the office.\nTravel to other UK offices each quarter to meet teams in person\n Benefits:\n25 Days a year plus Bank Holidays (3 to be used for our Christmas shutdown)\nA day off for your birthday to celebrate in style!\nWorkplace Nursery scheme\n5 volunteering days a year to use for the causes of your choice\nAccess to a benefits and discount platform with access to 1000’s of discounts at retailers, leisure attractions and restaurants\nBUPA Healthcare, Life assurance, Permanent health insurance\nPension scheme with enhanced employer contribution - up to 8%\nSeason ticket loan and EAP\nWe have an ongoing commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and have taken strides to become a more welcoming and inclusive workplace, including the introduction of our DEI Matters Network which is owned and driven by our staff. \nWe are an equal opportunities employer.
