Our 96% client retention suggests we’re on the right path.\nPosition Overview\nThe Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the data, processes, reporting, and tools that support Renalogic’s commercial organization. This person will make our CRM a reliable source of information, coordinate the commercial forecasting process, and help teams work consistently from lead generation through sales and implementation.\nThe role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and works closely with the SVP of Sales. The SVP of Sales leads the sales team, manages pipeline performance, and owns the field-sales forecast. The Sales Operations Manager provides the structure, analysis, and operational support that enable those activities and support the Chief Growth Officer’s accountability for the consolidated commercial forecast.\nHow You’ll Contribute\nCRM and data integrity\nOwn the day-to-day administration and quality of commercial data in Zoho CRM, including accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and account ownership.\nEstablish and maintain standards for required fields, opportunity stages, deal updates, account hierarchy, and pipeline hygiene.\nIdentify stale, incomplete, or inconsistent records and work with the appropriate team members to resolve them.\nCoordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and client-facing teams to ensure commercial data is accurate and consistent across handoffs and reporting.\n\nForecasting, reporting, and analysis\nCoordinate the commercial forecasting process by collecting inputs, maintaining the underlying data, consolidating results, and reporting changes against prior forecasts and actual performance.\nProvide the SVP of Sales with reliable field-sales pipeline and forecast reporting, and provide the Chief Growth Officer with the information needed to manage the consolidated commercial forecast.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on pipeline health, sales production, conversion, account activity, and other commercial performance measures.\nAnalyze results by territory, seller, channel, partner, and product to help leadership identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.\nSupport commercial planning and budgeting with accurate data, clear assumptions, and timely reporting.\nCommercial processes and coordination\nDocument, administer, and improve approved sales processes, including lead assignment, opportunity management, proposal and RFP coordination, and sales-to-implementation handoffs.\nPartner closely with the SVP of Sales to support consistent execution of sales initiatives, pipeline reviews, and team workflows.\nMaintain records of approved territory, account, lead, and quota assignments. Provide analysis to support leadership decisions about coverage and resource allocation.\nWork with Marketing to track lead sources, campaign results, and the conversion of qualified leads into sales opportunities.\nCoordinate with Finance and HR on sales incentive data, calculations, reporting, and implementation of approved plan changes.\nPartner with IT and other stakeholders to improve sales technology and implement approved changes.\nEnsure commercial policies and procedures are documented, accessible, and kept current.\nWhat You’ll Need to Have\nB.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience.\nAt least five years’ experience successfully completing and owning sales operations tasks and responsibilities. \nAt least three years’ direct experience working within a CRM to create reporting, analyze trends, and design/implement process change.\nStrong Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft applications.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly to sales leaders and other stakeholders.\nExperience working across departments to improve processes and resolve data issues.\nStrong working knowledge of self-funded health plans is strongly preferred.\nZoho CRM experience or certifications strongly preferred.\nReliable power and secured internet that runs at 11 mbps or more.\nA designated, private area to conduct work with minimal interruptions is required.\nAbility to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and navigate change.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.\nAbility and willingness to travel multiple times a year, which will include overnight stays for corporate gatherings, conferences, and health fairs.\nAbility to attend and professionally engage in video meetings with other employees and clients.\nAbility to overcome obstacles with a ‘yes if...’ approach.\nAbility to effectively balance competing deadlines without losing focus on the bigger picture.\nWhat We Offer\nMarket competitive salary and, plus potential annual merit increases and bonuses contingent on the company’s fiscal performance.\nGenerous paid time off and paid holidays, because we value recharging.\nA comprehensive health benefits plan with a portion of premiums covered by the company.
