Operating under the corporate promise Better\n\nJob Summary: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our people and organisational growth goals.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.\n\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process from job profiling to onboarding.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment solutions.\n\nSource, screen and assess candidates using various recruitment channels.\n\nMaintain a talent pipeline and build relationships with potential candidates.\n\nEnsure a positive candidate experience and uphold the company’s employer brand.\n\nPrepare recruitment reports and provide insights on hiring metrics.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.\n\nProfessional certification in Human Resources (e.g. CHRP/CHRM) will be an added advantage.\n\nAt least 2-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.\n\nStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labour laws and HR policies.\n\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.\n\nProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.\n\nHigh levels of
