This includes planning maintenance strategies, leading troubleshooting activities, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure stable and efficient equipment operation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive and improve equipment performance metrics (OEE, MTBC, UDT)\nLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment-related issues\nPlan and optimize preventive maintenance strategies and schedules\nMonitor equipment performance trends and drive improvement initiatives\nCollaborate with production, process, and vendors to implement effective solutions\nCoach and guide technicians on technical problem-solving and best practices\n Must Have:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing)\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance (wet processes preferred)\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability\nSolid understanding of equipment performance metrics (OEE, MTBC, downtime analysis)\nGood leadership and cross-functional communication skills\nGood to Have\nExperience with plating, water jet & chemical de-flash equipment (E.g.
