The role provides hands-on support for Cu wire bonding, die attach, and solder printing equipment, performs preventive maintenance and recovery, and works with engineers on process and equipment improvements.\nKey Responsibilities\nSPS Equipment Maintenance & TroubleshootingPerform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment failures, and restore SHINKAWA wire bonders, CANON die attach machines, and 3S or ASMPT solder printers safely and efficiently.\n\nProcess & Equipment SupportSupport machine setup, changeover, alarm recovery, parameter verification, process trials, and production ramp-up while maintaining equipment and process specifications.\n\nCompliance, Reporting & ImprovementFollow safety and SOP requirements, maintain accurate equipment records, perform root-cause analysis, manage critical spare readiness, and support continuous improvement actions.\n\n Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering discipline with minimum 3 years of equipment experience\nStrong knowledge of Smart Power Stage (SPS) package assembly, equipment functions, and process flow\nHands-on experience in Cu wire bonding equipment, preferably SHINKAWA models, including setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance\nHands-on experience in die attach and solder printing equipment, preferably CANON, 3S, or ASMPT models\nStrong troubleshooting, parameter adjustment, root-cause analysis, communication, safety, SOP, and shift-support skills\n Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
