This role is ideal for an individual with a background in consulting, project management, PMO, HR consulting, or business operations who enjoys driving projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring execution against agreed timelines and deliverables.\nWorking closely with HR leadership, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR CoE and HR Operations, this individual will manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring activities are tracked, aligned, and completed effectively.\nThe role requires a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused professional who can independently drive projects forward and maintain momentum across diverse stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers.\nMonitor progress against deliverables and timelines.\nIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate resolution.\nMaintain project documentation and status reporting.\nEnsure follow-up actions are completed and deadlines are met.\nStakeholder Coordination\nCoordinate meetings, working sessions, and project reviews.\nFacilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.\nTrack and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.\nProcess Improvement\nReview existing HR processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\nDevelop standardized templates, trackers, and project management tools.\nSupport implementation of consistent practices across HR teams.\nMonitor adoption of agreed processes and provide recommendations for improvement.\nCommunication & Project Support\nPrepare project updates, presentations, dashboards, and reports.\nDevelop communication materials, guides, and supporting documentation.\nSupport workshop coordination, training logistics, and stakeholder engagement activities.\nProvide regular progress updates to HR leadership.\n Required\n5-10 years of experience in consulting, project management, PMO, HR project management, business operations, or a related field.\nProven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.\nStrong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities.\nAbility to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.\nStrong problem-solving and follow-through skills\nPreferred\nExperience within a consulting firm or project management office environment.\nExperience supporting HR or organizational initiatives.\nExperience
