You will be involved in a variety of cross-functional tasks to ramp up and sustain mass production of Mixed-signal and Power integrated circuits for industrial and automotive markets.\nThe role:\nAnalyze production and test data, identify yield losses and/or potentials\nCommunication with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues\nTake part in yield enhancement and Failure Analysis activities\nSupport hold lot disposition based on technical assessment of test data\nSupport product qualification (HTOL, bHAST, ESD, LU etc.) and electrical parameter assessment (Characterization)\nLearn applicable standards and internal quality procedures\nContribute to automation and data analysis improvements\nAll critical activities are performed under mentor supervision during the initial stage\n BSc degree or student (3rd year or higher) in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines\nBasic knowledge of analog and digital electronics\nBasic programming skills (Python, C#, VBA, R or similar)\nBasic knowledge of Statistical Data Analysis techniques\nBasic knowledge of IC manufacturing flow\nIntermediate English, both written and spoken\n Fixed-Term Contract - duration approx. 6 months.\nPaid internship\nDedicated mentor from the Product Engineering team\nReal tasks on production and NPI projects for industrial and automotive customers\n14 calendar days paid vacation\nFlexible working hours\nPotential opportunity for a permanent position based on internship performance\nRenesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
