AD）および Active Directory を中心とした ID 基盤の設計・構築・運用\nEntra ID / ADFS / Shibboleth 等の IdP と社内外アプリケーションとの SSO（SAML / OpenID Connect）設定およびトラブルシューティング\nSCIM を用いたユーザー・グループプロビジョニングの設計／運用\nMFA、Conditional Access など Zero Trust コンポーネントの設計・改善\nPowerShell や API を用いた認証基盤運用の自動化\n認証ログ分析、セキュリティ面を含むユーザー・アクセス管理の改善提案\n海外メンバーとの英語での協業（メール・ドキュメント作成・オンライン会議）\n外部利用者向け CIAM（Entra External MUST\nMicrosoft Entra ID（Azure AD）または Active Directory の運用経験（2年以上）\nSAML または OpenID Connect のいずれかを扱った経験\nPowerShell などを使った基本的な運用経験\n英語：メール・文書の読み書きに抵抗がないこと（高度な会話力は不要）\n日本語：ビジネスレベル\nWANT\nEntra ID / AD の高度な管理（Conditional Access、PIM、MFA など）\nシングルサインオン（SAML、OIDC、OAuth）に関する理解・実務経験\nSCIM を使ったプロビジョニングの経験\n認証ログ解析・トラブルシュート経験\nZero Trust（MFA / CA / IdP ファースト）の構成経験\nPrivileged Access Management
