The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receiving, handling, storage, documentation, and timely delivery of materials and finished goods, while maintaining compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and issuing activities.\nCoordinate local and international shipments with forwarders, transporters, and relevant departments.\nPrepare and verify shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other required documentation.\nMonitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.\nEnsure proper identification, segregation, and storage of materials.\nTrack shipment status and follow up on delivery schedules.\nCoordinate with Customs, Logistics, Purchasing, Production, and other relevant departments.\nEnsure warehouse activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.\nInvestigate discrepancies involving inventory, shipments, or documentation and coordinate corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate warehouse and shipping records for traceability and audit purposes.\nMust Have\nMinimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory operations.\nBasic understanding of warehouse and shipping processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery.\nAble to prepare and verify shipping/warehouse documents accurately.\nBasic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.\nGood communication and coordination skills to work with internal departments, suppliers, forwarders, and transporters.\nGood attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs, safety requirements, and company procedures.\nAble to work independently and manage routine tasks within agreed timelines.\nGood to Have:\nExperience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or industrial environments.\nFamiliarity with ERP/SAP or inventory management systems.\nBasic knowledge of import/export and Customs documentation.\nExperience coordinating with freight forwarders and transportation providers.\nKnowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation.\nFamiliarity with ISO, EHS, or warehouse safety requirements.\nExperience handling sensitive, fragile, or high-value equipment/materials.\nBasic knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures\n Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
