Education & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related)\n2-3 years experience in:Semiconductor / assembly / manufacturing / process engineering\nOR fresh graduate with relevant internship/project exposure (optional flexibility)\n\n2.Technical Knowledge\nBasic understanding of Manufacturing processes (e.g., Dicing, DA, WB, molding, or similar)\nProcess flow & defect mechanisms\nFamiliar with SPC / data analysis fundamentals\nBasic DOE concept (not necessarily expert level)\n3. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills\nAbility to analyse production/sample build data & Identify trends and potential issues.\n4. Communication & Coordination\nAble to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams (QA, OPS, R&D) & Prepare basic technical reports and summaries.\n5.
