This role provides technical leadership across strategic customers, platforms, products, and technical disciplines. Deep knowledge of DC/DC power conversion and digital multiphase power systems is required. Key responsibilities include: Lead alignment with key stakeholders on critical technical risks, program priorities, schedules, and next steps. Travel to customer and partner sites to lead resolution of critical digital multiphase power and system-level issues. Guide Marketing and product teams with strategic customer, platform, competitive, and market insight. Lead advanced system validation of vertical and lateral power stages and controller products. Establish validation direction and provide technical findings that influence product architecture and design decisions. Develop and guide technical collateral, design methodology, performance analysis, and application guidance for strategic customer engagement and broader market adoption. Mentor Applications Engineers and Field Applications Engineers and establish reusable technical methods across the organization.
