Multiple projects-such as equipment renewal, capacity expansion, digital transformation (DX), and energy-saving initiatives-are being executed simultaneously. Under these circumstances, there is an urgent need to strengthen the organizational structure to enable end-to-end execution, from planning and investment application to vendor coordination and construction management.\nFurthermore, utility systems form the core infrastructure of the factory, and any failure can directly lead to production stoppages. Therefore, high reliability and prompt decision-making are essential. Given the large scale of capital investments and their impact on the entire factory, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in critical decision-making processes.\nIn this position, you will take the lead in driving facility investment projects from planning through execution. This provides a strong sense of ownership, as your decisions directly contribute to stable operations and improved productivity across the factory. In addition, by working closely with internal departments and external vendors, you will gain broad technical knowledge and project management skills, making this an excellent opportunity for professional growth as an engineer.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible Technical Field: Utilities and Building Engineering\nUtilities refer to power supply, HVAC (air conditioning), pure water, gases, wastewater, and exhaust systems.\nTarget Products: Automotive microcontrollers and AI modules\nProject Scope:\nSecuring production area capacity (cleanroom expansion and utility system installation)\nEnsuring stable supply of utilities that support plant operations\nPlanning and executing improvements and upgrades of utility systems and building facilities\nPromoting operational efficiency and energy-saving initiatives within the factory\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlanning, driving, and executing installation, renewal, and improvement of utility systems and building facilities\nPreparing and submitting equipment purchase requests and fixed asset disposal applications, and reporting completion\nConducting pre-safety assessments prior to equipment installation\nOperation and management of utility systems (power, HVAC, pure water, etc.)\nRegistering and managing defect/repair cases and tracking their progress\nCoordinating with vendors and managing construction work\nMaintaining equipment operation and ensuring stable utility supply\nPlanning investment projects and preparing related documentation\nCoordinating with internal departments infrastructure\nPractical experience in the installation, maintenance, or modification of utility systems\nExperience in coordination and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders\nBasic PC skills (document preparation using Excel and PowerPoint)\nWork experience with a strong focus on safety and quality in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards\nWANT\nPossession of certifications such as Chief Electrical Engineer or Energy Manager\nSpecialized knowledge of utility systems (power supply, HVAC, pure water, exhaust, water treatment, etc.)\nExperience in facility investment and project management (from planning to execution)\nExperience in facility management at a semiconductor plant or in the manufacturing industry\nKnowledge and experience in energy conservation, DX (digital transformation), and automation\nExperience in obtaining quotations, cost control, and vendor negotiation\nExperience in understanding and preparing CAD
