Circuit Evaluation & Test System Development\n Analyze GaN device behavior within common power converter circuits.\nTranslate circuit and device behavior into appropriate SALT/HTOL stress conditions.\nDesign test circuits that safely and consistently apply required stress levels.\n2. MCU Firmware Development\nDevelop and maintain C/C++ firmware for test automation, system control, and data collection.\n3. Magnetics Support\n Assist with the design and optimization of inductors and transformers used in high-frequency GaN test setups.\n4. Documentation & Communication\nProduce clear documentation for test procedures, system configurations, and updates.\nGenerate concise technical reports summarizing waveform observations, converter behavior, and reliability outcomes.\nContribute to internal knowledge systems to ensure lessons learned are retained and reusable.\n Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years.\nUnderstanding of power converter circuits such as totem-pole PFC, flyback, and LLC.\nHands-on experience building, bringing up, measuring, and debugging power electronics hardware. \nProficiency in C/C++ MCU firmware development (PWM, UART, I²C, SPI, ADC/DAC).\nExperience with schematic/PCB design tools such as Altium Designer.\nStrong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.\nFamiliarity with high-frequency magnetics (inductors/transformers).\nPreferred\nExperience with SALT, HTOL, or long-duration reliability testing.\n Pay Transparency\nThe expected annual pay range for this position is $98,000-$122,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities.
