This includes designing circuits that are optimized for the specific application and developing the overall system architecture to support the product design.\nDesign and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs for automotive and industrial applications.\nModel, simulate, and verify mixed-signal systems using state-of-the-art EDA tools.\nProvide technical leadership and act as lead designer for key circuit blocks, ensuring successful product delivery to production.\nContribute to feasibility studies and actively engage with customers to define and refine technical requirements.\nPerform circuit design, simulation, and analysis to optimize performance, reliability, and manufacturability.\nCollaborate closely with system architects, digital, layout, product, and test engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.\nConduct design reviews, ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards, and support final product qualification.\nProduce high-quality technical documentation, mentor junior engineers, and drive engineering excellence through best practices and continuous innovation.\n 12+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.\nUniversity degree level qualification in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.\nStrong knowledge of analog design principles, semiconductor physics, and mixed-signal IC development.\nProven track record of designing complex analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits from concept through production.\nProficient in solving complex technical challenges with a strong passion for innovation and engineering excellence.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, build strong working relationships, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.\nFluent in written and spoken English and willing to undertake occasional international travel as required.\n Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
