Establish consistent and efficient workflows in projects.\n\nMentor other team members to improve the capabilities and efficiency of the whole team\n\nSupport development and enhancement of the quality procedures related to verification\n\nSupport selection of verification IP\n\nSupport evaluation and adoption of new tools and workflows to improve efficiency and quality of our verification efforts\n\nProvide feedback on and improve existing verification environments for efficiency and re-usability\n\n Master's degree or comparable in electrical engineering or computer engineering or in a related field\n\nExpert knowledge in functional verification of integrated circuit designs which usually requires at least 10 years of specific work experience\n\nExpert knowledge in UVM and constrained random verification with regressions\n\nState-of-the-art development and management of verification environments, components, and verification IP\n\nSignificant experience related to analog mixed-signal modeling and verification\n\nAt least basic knowledge in formal verification and SystemVerilog assertions\n\nKnowledge of verification of designs with MCU and hardware/software co-simulation\n\nGood documentation skills and willingness to work on documentation as required in automotive development processes according to standards IATF 16949 and ISO 26262 (functional safety)\n\nExcellent communication skills and good team player. Being able to understand issues and concerns.
