Derive regular reports including management and\ncustomer updates.\nEstablish and maintain efficient program reporting across involved departments\nLead and manage cross functional teams across multiple locations to deliver the program.\nThis includes but is not limited to:\nMarketing\nDesign Engineering (Silicon and Software)\nIP procurement / insourcing\nOperations (Quality, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Planning, …)\n Electrical or Electronic Engineering Degree or similar desired\nPMI or Prince 2 (nice to have)\nIndustry experience in the application of project management techniques\n7 years+ experience of managing large, multi-disciplined global delivery teams\n7 years+ experience of successfully program managing complex IC design projects for Automotive products.\nShould include evidence of program managing multiple projects in parallel\nProof of working with satellite teams in different locations/countries\nProof of being able to work with 3rd parties and/or external contract resource companies\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent customer and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to communicate effectively at all levels\nGravitas, strength of opinion and effective influencing skills\nStrong presentation skills to present concise program status\nSignificant experience in semiconductor/engineering environment\nExperience/awareness of the of IC design process including physical design\nExperience/awareness of the of requirements for Automotive IC products\nExperience/awareness of the of SW design process, especially embedded SW design\nExperience of working with IC fabrication, assembly and test organizations\nTechnical acumen with ability to manage technical issues within a return on investment or risk management\nframework\nStrong commercial awareness with previous experience of P&L responsibility\nLanguage skills - English is essential, Dutch and/or German desirable\nDesirable\nProven success in achieving design-in to Tier 1 customers in Wireless Connectivity\nPrevious experience in key account management or sales roles\n Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
