Developing quality competencies and driving continuous improvement to enhance product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeading and supporting Quality Engineers in daily operations to ensure effective quality control, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.\nEstablish, monitor, and drive improvement of critical product and process quality metrics (yield, defect rates, Cp/Cpk, and reliability).\nDrive cross-functional issue resolution with Process, Equipment, and Operations teams, leading root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.\nInitiate activities on customer quality requirements, including audits, documentation control, and technical discussions.\nEnsure compliance with applicable industry and customer quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, customer-specific requirements) and continuously improve quality processes, lessons learned, and best practices.\nBachelor Degree or Master in Engineering or Science\nManagement and technical experiences in quality, process, or engineering within semiconductor industry.\nFormal quality-related training or certification:ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3\nCore Tools (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC)\nQuality tools and Statistical Analysis\n\n Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
